We believe in letting Sammie's work where they work best. That means our employees can grab their laptops and work from anywhere in the US. We have Sammies working from homes, coffee shops, libraries, etc., in North Carolina, California, and many places in between.
While we may not be together under one roof, we take pride in remaining connected to our teams and coworkers. From Slack messages to Google Meets, collaboration is at the forefront. You won’t find jam-packed calendars or unnecessary meetings, though. We’re dedicated to making the most out of our meetings together to ensure we’re giving Sammies time to do everything they need to accomplish. #BeCreativeAndCommit
In addition to a laptop, Sammies are encouraged to make their office space their own with the help of an Office Stipend. Need another monitor? Great! Work better on a walking treadmill? Fantastic. We want Sammies to embody “Be You” with their office space. No more cookie-cutter cubicles!

Hub weeks are a chance for Sammies to get together in person to plan upcoming quarters and reflect on our wins from the previous quarter. While we are a remote-first company, these weeks are a great opportunity to come together and meet without Meet.
